Ordering
How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse my website, select your desired items, and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information, and your order will be processed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including iDeal, credit/debit cards, and GooglePay. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 3-14 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Can I track my order?
For orders that fit a normal envelope, like stickers, I use normal post. But I send all packages with tracking. So in most cases there will be tracking included. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on the couriers website. If you haven’t received one, check your spam folder or contact us at info@10gu.nl.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, I offer international shipping to selected countries. During the checkout process, you will be able to see if your country is eligible for shipping. Please note that outside of EU additional customs fees or taxes may apply upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
My country is not in the list, what now?
I am still adding extra countries, this will take some time since though.
But if your country is not yet listed, send an email to info@10GU.nl, so I can prioritise adding it.
My item is sold out, will you restock?
Honest answer? I might. Probably yes. Depends.
If you let me know you are interested in a certain size this becomes more likely.
Or I might decide a design deserves another run and open a pre-order. But your best bet is to let me know.
No free shipping?
Running a webshop comes with costs and I’d rather keep the prices of my shop transparent. And I don’t want to have to calculate such costs in to the item prices. But since you are reading this, I’ll give you a tip: meet me and buy one IRL and I’ll give you a discount on top of no shipping.
Are there customs fees for orders outside of EU?
Possibly. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.
What is BTW?
Dutch sales tax. I’m small scale enough not to have to charge sale tax in other countries. This means I can (have to) charge Dutch sales tax (BTW) even to foreign customers.
Returning
What is your return policy?
I have a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please reach out via our email to initiate the return process.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Made a typo? If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we might be able to update the address. Contact us ASAP at info@10gu.nl with the following details:
– Your order number
– The name and email address used for the order
– The new address
Can I cancel my order?
We can always try to cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@10gu.nl with the following details:

How do I care for my product?
Screen printed shirts and hoodies can take a beating. But formally I recommend the whole ‘wash inside out at 30 or 40, do not tumble dry, do not iron’ mantra 😉
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, there is only this online-only store, but I occasionally participate in pop-up events and you can sometimes find my stuff in street art shops. Follow us on social media for updates!
