Shipping Information
We ship all orders from the Netherlands using PostNL. We offer international shipping, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. The customer will be informed of any delays.
For customers within the European Union (EU), VAT (BTW) is included in the purchase price. For customers outside the EU, VAT is not charged, and you may be responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local postal services.
